Step 1. There is only one way to open IMEI Testing screen of Serialization that is from left
menu by clicking on Serialization ......> Item Testing
Step 2. User click the "Item Testing" button then it will open Phone IMEI screen.
1. Search IMEI: Users can search products according to their IMEI Number.
2.IMEI Number: User can see IMEI number in this column.
3.Batch Number: User enter the Batch number of IMEI.
4.Status: Users click 'Dropdown' then select the current status of the device.
5.Item Code: The user will see the generated item code in Advance inventory.
6.Item Name: User will see the generated Item name in Advance inventory.
7.Make: User can select Manufacturer.
8.Brand: User can select the Brand Name.
9.Model: User can select the Model.
10.Capacity/Memory: User can select ROM.
11.Carrier: Users can select the Carrier name.
12.Color: User can select Phone color.
13.Condition: User can select Phone Condition.
14.IMEI Status: Users can select the IMEI Status.
15. Check All Information: Users can check features available in the device.
16.Hardware Check from Blancco: This is third party service it is used to device testing.

21.Notes: Its a message that help you to manage records.
17.Save: If you click "Save" button then it will saved all record.
18.Print Report: If you click "Print Report" button then it will generate the report.
19.Print Label: If you click "Print Label" button then it will generate the Label report.
20.Add New: If you click "Add New" button then it will redirect to open same screen.
21.List All: If you click "List All" button then it will move to main IMEI Phone screen.
Step 3. Navigate to "Advance Inventory" and open "Item Master". Here we will see a record that we entered in phone "IMEI"
After check the "Stock" department, Here you can observe a new entry with Quantity on Hand "One".
1.Add Item: After clicking the Add Item button then it will open new screen.
2.Keyword: The user will select the keyword in the dropdown list.
3. Contains This dropdown list work in selected to the "Quantity fields".
4.Search: User will search the data in this column.
5.Select Warehouse: Users click "Dropdown' and select the warehouse.
6.Active Only: User will click the active only dropdown list then it will show all active users and only active users.
7.Refresh: The user will click the refresh button then the search bar is refresh.
8.Export To Excel: User clicks 'Export To excel' button then it will download the Excel file.
9.Code: The user will see the item code in this column.
10. Name: The user will enter the name in this column.
11.Type: User will enter the type of field in this column.
12.Avg Unit Cost: User will enter the avg unit cost in this column.
13.Sell Price: User will enter the sell price in this column.
14. Quantity On hand: User will enter the quantity on hand in this column.
15. Quantity Allocated: User will enter the quantity allocated in this column.
16. Quantity On Purchase Order: User will enter the quantity on purchase order in this column.
17. Quantity On Production: User will enter the quantity on production in this column.
18. History: User clicks the history button then it will show all the history details of the user.
19.Location: User clicks the location button then it will show all the location details of the item.
20.BarCode: The user will click the bar code button then it will show the bar code item in this column.
21. IMEI Detail: User click ''IMEI Detail' button then it will open a new pop up window to show the detail of IMEI.
22. Move To Next Page: Move to the next page button.
23.Items Per Page: Use to display the number of records per page.
Step 4. Users click the "History" button then it will open a new pop up window to show the "Item History".
1.ID: User can see the "ID" in this field.
2.Date: Users can see to generate "Item Date" in this field.
3.Item Code: Users can see "Item Code" in this field.
4. Source: User can see item "Source" in this field.
5.Type: User can see the item "type" in this field.
6.Txn Number: Users can see item "Txn Number" in this field.
7.Customer / Vendor Name: User can see Customer / Vendor Name in this field.
8.Qty: Users can see item "Qty" in this field.
9.Value: User can see item "Value" in this field.
10.Balance: Users can see "Balance" in this field.
11. Detail: User click 'Detail' button then it will open a new screen to show the Detail of Item.
Step 5. User click "Location" button it will open a new pop up window to show the Location of "Item".
1.Site / location: User can see the "Location" of item.
2.Quantity: User can see the "Quantity" of item.
3.Aloc.Quantity: User can see the "Aloc.Quantity" of an item.
4.Purchase Order: User can see "Purchase Order" of an item.
5.Production: User can see "Production" of an item.
6.Bin Quantity: user can see "Bin Quantity" of an item.
Step 6. User click "Barcode" button then it will open a new pop up window to convert item code in to Barcode.
1.Item Code: User can see "Item Code" in this field.
2.Item Name: User can see "Item Name" in this field.
3.Location: User can see the "Location" of item.
4.Print: If you click "Print" button then it will generate the report.
Step 7: User click ''IMEI Detail' button then it will open a new pop up window to show the detail of IMEI.
1.Batch Number: Users can see the "Batch number" of this item in this field.
2.Count: User can see the "Count" of this item in this field.
