Users will enter new record for the sales representative in these fields.
1) Sales Rep Name: Users will enter Sales Rep Name in this field.
2) Sales Rep Initial: Users will enter Sales Rep Initials in this field.
3) Date Time Created: This field will show date and time when record is being created.
4) Date Time Modified: This field will show date and time when data will be modified.
5) Is Active: Users will select status of the Sales Representative from this drop down list if person is still working for you then choose true.
