To enter bank deposit details you need to first get onto the Bank Deposit page.

There are several ways of reaching Bank Deposit page.

Step 1.From the "Home page" by clicking on Deposit icon.

Step 2. From left menu by clicking on Accounting then Bank Deposit.

Step 3.Once you are on Bank Deposit page select account in which you want deposit to be saved and your customer from which you have received deposit then select method of payment and amount that you have received and click save at the end.

1.Account Category: User will select the account category in this column.

2.Current Balance: User will see the current balance in this column.

3.Deposit Date: User will select and change the deposit date in this column.

4.Received From: Users can select both customers and vendors from which they have received amount.

5.DATE: Users will select the date of transaction from this field.

6.TYPE: User will see the type of receipts in this column.

7.MEMO: User can enter detail and message for our use in this column.

8.PAYMENT METHOD: User can select the payment method in this column.

9.REF NO: Users will enter the reference number for the deposit in this field.

10.AMOUNT: Users will enter the amount that is depositing in the bank.

11.RECEIVED FROM: Users can select both customers and vendors from which they have received amount.

12.ACCOUNT: Users will select the account name in which you are depositing amount.

13.DESCRIPTION: Users will enter description of deposit in this field.

14.PAYMENT METHOD: Users will select the payment method through which they have submitted amount in bank.

15.REF NO: Users will enter the reference number for the deposit in this field.

16.AMOUNT: Users will enter the amount that is depositing in the bank.

17.ACTION: User can perform action that are mention below.

18.DELETE: This button will delete deposit transaction record from the list.

19.DEPOSIT TOTAL: This header will show deposited total amount.

20.Add More: This button will add more deposit transaction to the list.

21.Total: User can see the total amount in this column.

22.Save Changes: If you click "Save changes", then it will show you changes that you saved.

23.Save & New: If you click "Save and New", then is will redirect to create screen of lead source after saving record.

24. Save & Exit: if you click "Save and Exist", then it will redirect to list page of lead source.

25.List All: User click the list all button then it move to the main screen of bank deposit screen.
