Step 1. To create a Facebook campaign you need to first open Social Media screen from left menu by clicking on Marketing / Media Center -------> Social Media.

Step 2. Once you are on Social Media Index page click on the "Blue" button that says "Add Post".

1.Add Post: After clicking on add new record button you will see the following screen enter all the details and save your message.

2.Message Title: User can see message in this column.

3.Hash Tags:User can see hash tag for mentioned something on message.

4.Social Media type:It will display social media type as facebook or linked.

5.Date Time Created:Show data and time for your message or post.

6.Edit:Use to update message.

7.Copy: Use to copy message.

8.Next Page Button:Move to next page.

9.Items Per Page:Use to display Number of records per page.


10.Message Title: Users will enter Title for the Social Media message in this field.

11.Message Body: Users will enter the message in this field.

12.Image URL: Enter image url for your message.

13.Message Keywords: Use specify keyword for search your message.

14.Hash Tag: User will enter hash tag for mentioned something on message.

15.Save: Post will be save.

Step 3. Users click the "Edit Button" then it will update the social media message.

16.Save: All message will be saved.

17.Share Facebook:  Use to share message on facebook.

18.Share Linkedln: Use to share message on linkedln.
