Chart of Accounts

Complete list of ERP Gold accounts will be displayed under Chart of Accounts you can Add New Accounts, check Register or Rename them. Data will be displayed as Account Number, Account Name, Account Category, Current Balance and Action.

1) Account Name Search Field: Users can search for an account by entering the term in this field.

2) Add New Record: Users can add new record of the accounts from this button.

3) Account Number: This column will show account number under account name and category header.

4) Account Name: This column will show account names.

5) Account Category: This column will show account category.

6) Current Balance: This column will show current balance of an account.

7) Action: This column will show action options which are Register, Rename and Report.

8) Register: This link will show complete transaction register of an account.

9) Rename: This link will rename account number, account name and account category.
