Step 1. There is only one way to open Quick Item screen of Advance Inventory

that is from left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory ------>  Setup  ------> Quick Item.


Step 2. User click "Quick Item" then it will open "POS Quick Item" screen.

1. Add Quick Item: User click "Add Quick Item" button then it will open new screen to Add "Quick Item" information.

2.Edit: User click "Edit" button then it will update the "Quick Items".

3.Delete: If you click "Delete" button then it will Add the "Quick Item" record is deleted.

Step 3. User click "Add Quick Item" button then it will open new screen to Add "Quick Item" record.

1.Item: User select "Item Code" in this field.

2.Quick Item Name: User enter "Quick Item Name" in this field.

3.Display Order: User can see auto generate Display Order in this field.

4.Is Active: This field will display only two options in drop down list True & False. If your customer is active and still doing business with you then select True Otherwise False.

5.Created by: This field will be automatically generated by the system.

6.Date Time Created: This field will be automatically generated by the system it will display date and time of the record being entered.

7.Modified By: This field will be automatically generated by the system.

8.Date Time Modified:his filed will show date and time when data was last modified.

9.Save & Exit: if you click "Save and Exist", then it will redirect to list page of POS Quick Item screen.

10.Save & Continue: If you click "Save & Continue", then is will redirect to create screen after saving record.

Step 4. User click "Edit" button then it will update the "Quick Items" information.

1.Item: User select "Item Code" in this field.

2.Quick Item Name: User enter "Quick Item Name" in this field.

3.Display Order: User can see auto generate Display Order in this field.

4.Is Active: This field will display only two options in drop down list True & False. If your customer is active and still doing business with you then select True Otherwise False.

Step 5. Users can see to add Quick item products in Pos Screen.

1.Item Search: User can enter Item code to search item in this column.

2.Date: User can select the Date in this field.

3.Site / Location: User click dropdown and select the location in this dropdown.

4.Customer Name: User click dropdown and select the Customer name in this dropdown.

5.Doc Number: User can see auto generate Doc number in this field.

6.Sub Total: User can see Sub Total amount of item in this field.

7.Total: User can see Total amount of item in this field.

8.Balance Amount: User can see Balance amount of item in this field.

9.Item Code: User can see Item code of item in this header.

10.Item Name: User can see Item Name in this header.

11.Quantity: User can see Quantity of item in this header.

12.Price: User can see Price of item in this header.

13.Total: User can see Total amount of item in this header.
