Step 1. Go to "Advance Inventory" and click on "Adjust Quantity" button of specific item it will display Adjustment Quantity Screen.
Step 2. User click on "Adjust Quantity" then it will open new screen to show the information of "Item Quantity Adjustment".
1. Doc Number: User can see the number of specific Document in this Field.
2. Doc Date: User can see the Document Date in this Field.
3. Reference Number: User can see the reference number in this Field.
4. Site/Location: User can see the Site & Location in this Field where the item Store.
5. Search Product: User can search the product in this Field with item code.
6. Item Code: User can find Item number in this Field.
7. Item Name: User can see item name in this Field.
8. Current Quantity: User can see the quantity of item in this Field.
9. New Quantity: User can see the new quantity number in this Field.
10. Difference: User can see the Difference btw quantities in this Field.
11. Current Value: User can see the current value of item in this Field.
12. New Value: User can see the new value for item in this Field.
13. Value Difference: User can see the value difference of items in this Field.
14. Memo: User can see text about item in this Field.
15. Save & Exit: If you click "Save & Exit", then it will redirect to the main adjustment screen
16. Save & New: If you click "Save and New", then is will redirect to create screen of adjustment after saving record.
Step 3. Search Serialized Item For Making IMEI Adjustment.
Step 4. Insert IMEI Numbers Which Must Be Equal To the Value Difference.
Step 5. If you click "Save & Exit", then it will redirect to the main adjustment screen.
1. Search Button: User search the "Txn or Reference" number in this search bar.
2. Add Adjustment: If you click "Add Adjustment" button then it will open new scree to Add Adjustment information.
3. Txn Number: User can see "Txn" number in this field.
4. Doc Date: User can see "Doc Date" in this field.
5. Ref Number: Users can see "Reference" number in this field.
6. WareHouse: User can see "Location" in this field.
7. Memo: User enter the description of item in this field.
