Step 1. To integrate Email Campaigns into ERP Gold you need to first get onto the Email Campaigns integration page from left menu by clicking on

Email Campaigns ------> ERP Gold

Step 2. User click the "ERP Gold" then it will open the Email Campaigns screen information.

1.Add Campaign: User will click the "Add Campaign" button then it will open new screen to select the templates..

2) From: This will show the sender email address.

3) Subject: This column will show Subject of your Email messages.

4) List Name: This column will show email listing name.

5) Date Created: This column will show creation date of the message.

6) Status: This column will show the status of your Email message.

7) Edit: This column will show how many people have clicked on your email.

8) View Result: This column will show the result.

9)  Next Page Button: Users can view the record of next pages by clicking on arrow key.

10) Items Per Page: Users can select how many items they want to view on single page available options are 10,20.

Step 3. User will click the "Add Campaign" button then it will open new screen to select Template information.

Step 4. User click the "Select" button then it will open the new screen to create campaign information.

1) Select Mail List: Users will select the Mail list from this drop down list.

2) Email Subject: Users will enter the subject of the Email in this field.

3) From Name: Users will enter the name of the person which will appear as the sender.

4) From Email: Users will enter the email address from which email will be sent.

5) Save & New: This is save your campaign and redirect to create screen of campaign.

6) Save Changes: If you click "Save changes", then it will show you changing that you saved.

7) Save & Exit: if you click "Save and Exist", then it will redirect to the create campaign.

8) Global Variable: This variable used to show records in server side.

9) Email Body: Users will design email in the body formatting tools are available which will help you in designing your mail. 

10) Heading: User will enter Heading of email content.

11) Sub Heading: User will enter Sub Heading of email content.

12) Message: User will enter message in email content.

Step 5. User click the "Edit" button then it will open new screen to update the Campaign information.

1) Select Mail List: Users will select the Mail list from this drop down list.

2) Email Subject: Users will enter the subject of the Email in this field.

3) From Name: Users will enter the name of the person which will appear as the sender.

4) From Email: Users will enter the email address from which email will be sent.

5) Save & New: This is save your campaign and redirect to create screen of campaign.

6) Save Changes: If you click "Save changes", then it will show you changing that you saved.

7) Save & Exit: if you click "Save and Exist", then it will redirect to the create campaign.

8) Save As Template: If you click "Save as Template" button then it would be saved the templates.

9) Send Campaign: If you click the "Send Campaign" button then it would be send the campaign.

10) Copy: If you click the "Copy" button then Campaign are copied.

11) View in Browser: If you click the " View in Browser" button then Templates are open in browser.

12) Delete: If you click the "Delete" button then campaigns are deleted.

13) Global Variable: This variable are used to show the records in server side.

19) Email Body: Users will design email in the body formatting tools are available which will help you in designing your mail. 

15) Add Image: User will enter the image of email content.

16) Heading: User will enter Heading of email content.

17) Sub Heading: User will enter Sub Heading of email content.

18) Message: User will enter message in email content.

19) Test Email: This email are used to show the notification of sending.

Step 6. User click the "View Result" button the it will open new screen to show the results.

1) Open rate: Open rate are showed the total number of "Emails" are opened.

2) Click rate: Click rate are show the "Total click" of the Email.

3) Graph Show: Graph show are represent the "Email" are delivered successfully and total number of "Email" are open and click for "Unique" are show to the graph.

4) View in Browser: If you click the "View in Browser" button then it will open the Template in browser screen.

5) Social Media: If you click "Social Media" button then it will be open the social media screen and show information.

6) Duplicate: If you click the "Duplicate Screen" button then it would be open the same screen of campaign information.

7) Followup: If you click the "Followup" button then it will be open the new screen to followup.
