Purchase order is the first official offer issued by buyer to seller users can create and view their PO’s and create them from this module.
1.Add New Record: Users will create new Purchase Order by clicking on Add New Record.
2.Filter Options: Users have options to view All Purchase Orders or Open Purchase Orders by selecting “All” or Open from this drop down list.
3.PO Number: This column will show Purchase Order Transaction Number which is auto generated by the system.
4.Vendor Name: This column will show Vendor Name for whom Purchase Order is created.
5.Date: This column will show Document Date when Purchase Order was generated.
6.PO Total: This column will show Total Amount of Purchase Order.
7.Status: This column will show Status of the Purchase Order.
8.Edit Button: This column will show Edit button next to each Purchase Order. Users can edit record of Purchase Order by clicking on Edit button.
9.Next Page Button: Users can view record of next pages by clicking on arrow keys.
10.Items Per Page: Users can select how many records they want to view on a single page by selecting options from this drop down list.
11.Refresh: Users can refresh the record list by clicking on this button.
