Upload Button (Email Listings-Mail Chimp)

This Upload panel will upload CSV & Excel file from your system.

1) Select Files: Users will select CSV & Excel files to be uploaded by clicking on this button.

2) File Name: Show your file name.

3) Attach: Users will Upload the file by clicking on this button.

1.First Name: User enter the first name in this column.

2.Last Name: User enter the last name in this column.

3.STITLE: User enter the stitle in this column. 

4.Email Address: This column will show email address list of the members.

5.Comapny Name: User will enter the company name in this column.

6.Street Address 1: User will enter the street house 1 in this column. 

7.Street Address 2: User will enter the Street Address 2 in this column.

8.City: User will enter the city in this column.

9.Zip Code: User will enter the zip code in this column.
