To add single activity data of an employee you need to first get onto the Single Activity page.

There are several ways of reaching Single Activity page.

Step 1.From "Home Page" by clicking on Single Activity icon.

Step 2.From left menu by clicking on Payroll then Single Activity.

Step 3.Once you are on Single Activity page select your employee name, time, customer job, rate and click save at the end.

1.Employee: Users will select employee name from this drop down list.

2.Customer Job: Users will select the customer to whom your employee will be dealing from this drop down list.

3.Date: Users will select the date of activity from this field.

4.Time: Users will enter activity working time of the employee in this field.

5.Rate: Users will enter rate of the activity in this field.

6.Billable: If bill have to be taken then users will tick this check box.

7. Notes: Users will enter notes for the activity in this field.

8.Save: This button will save your record.

9.Back to List: Message For error making some updates for this page.

Step 4. Once you are on Time Tracking page select your employee and click on search button to view record you can also export your data to EXCEL file and view data date wise.

1.Employee: Users will select the employee name from this drop down list.

2.Start Date: Users will select the "starting date" of an activity from this field.

3.End Date: Users will select the "Ending date" of an activity from this field.

4.Search button: Users will press the search button after selecting the employee from the drop down list.

5.Export to Excel: This button will export your record to Excel file and it will be downloaded to your device. 

6.Date: User can see "Date" in this column.

7.Employee Name: This column will show Employee names who are working in this activity.

8.Job: This column will show customer name for whom job was assigned to the employee.

9.Billable: If activity was billable this column will display true otherwise false.

10.Wage Type: This column will show type of wage that was paid to the employee.

11.Rate: This column will show rate of employee which was assigned with the task.

12.Hours: This column will show total working hours on activity of an employee.

13.Notes: This column will display Notes of activity.

14.Next Page Button: Users can view record of next pages by clicking on arrow keys.
