Step 1. There is only one way to open IMEI RepairWork screen of Serialization that is from left

menu by clicking on Serialization ......> IMEI RepairWork.

Step 2. User click the "IMEI RepairWork" button then it will open new screen to "Create Ticket" will be shown.

1.Date: User can select "Date" to perform action.

2. IMEI / Serial / Service Tag Number: User can enter "IMEI" number in this field.

3. IMEI Status: User can see the "IMEI" status in this field.

4. Add New Button: User click "Add New" button then it will open a new pop up window to Add "Repair Task"  information.

5.Check Box: Select boxes to specify issue in device.

6.Memo: User enter the description in this field.

7.Save: If you click "Save" button then it will show notification to saved record.

8.Date: User will see Date to perform action.

9.User: User will see the user name in this field.

10.Action: User will see to perform action in this field.

11.Description: User will see the description in this field.

Step 3.  User click "Add New" button then it will open a new pop up window to Add "Repair Task"  information.

1.Task: User enter the "Task" name in this field.

2.Estimated Time(min): User can enter "Estimated time" to perform action.

3.Save: If you click "Save" button all the record is saved.
