Quick Item:

You can use a quick sale item to enter any price for a transaction.

Step 1. There is only one way to open the Quick Item screen of Advance Inventory

that is from the left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory ------>  Setup  ------> Quick Item.


Step 2. Users click the 'Quick Item', a new window open in which we can see the quick item record.

1. Add Quick Item: Users click the  'Add Quick Item' button, a new window open in which we can enter the quick item record.

2.Edit: Users click the 'Edit' button then we have a new screen open that we can update the existing record.

3.Delete: Users click this delete button, we have deleted the quick item record.

Step 3. Users click the 'Add Quick Item' button, a new window open in which we can enter the quick item record.

1.Item: Users can select the "Item Code" in this dropdown.

2.Quick Item Name: Users can enter the "Quick Item Name" is the actual name of your product or service.

3.Display Order: Users can see auto-generate Display Order in this field.

4.Is Active: This field will display only two options in the drop-down list True & False. If your customer is active and still doing business with you then select True Otherwise False.

5.Created by: This field will be automatically generated by the system.

6.Date Time Created: This field will be automatically generated by the system it will display the date and time of the record being entered.

7.Modified By: This field will be automatically generated by the system.

8.Date Time Modified: This field will show the date and time when data was last modified.

9.Save & Exit: If you click "Save and Exit", then it will redirect to the list page of the POS Quick Item screen.

10.Save & Continue: If you click "Save & Continue", then it will redirect to create screen after saving the record.


Step 4. Users click the 'Edit' button then we have a new screen open that we can update the existing record.

1.Item: Users can select the "Item Code" in this dropdown.

2.Quick Item Name: Users can enter the "Quick Item Name" is the actual name of your product or service.

3.Display Order: Users can see auto-generate Display Order in this field.
