Site Transfer:

(i).To move inventory from one warehouse to another warehouse.

(ii).On-site transfer screen users will enter a record of transferring product quantity from one warehouse to another warehouse location.

Step 1. You can open the Site Transfer screen from the left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory --------> Site Transfer.

Step 2. Once you are on the Site Transfer screen select the warehouse from where you want to transfer the product quantity to the warehouse location where you want to transfer.

1.Doc Number: Unique system-generated number for every document. The ERP Gold software automatically assigns a unique number to every single document, it can not be edited by users and is never duplicated in the system.

2.Doc Date: The document date will be the date on the invoice. It is the date used for aging purposes and used to calculate the due date (based on the terms) and the date used for calculating discounts.

3.Reference Number: A reference number is a unique number assigned to each employee when their record is created in the software database.

4. Warehouse From: From where we are sending our inventory stock.

5. Warehouse To: From where we receive our inventory stock.

6.Search Product: Search product by Item Code and enter a quantity to transfer click the "Save" buttons at the end.

7.Item Code: Item codes are used to uniquely identify your inventory items

8.Item Name: Item name is the actual name of your product or service.

9.Current Quantity: The current quantity is the total amount of any given item that you currently have available for use or sale.

10.Quantity to Transfer: User we write down the amount of quantity we have to transfer.

11. Delete: When we click the delete button, it deletes the transfer record.

12.IMEI Text Box: Users write down the 'IMEI' that needs to b transferred in this text area.

13.Memo: In this memo field users can write a message.

14. Save & Close: if you click "Save and Close", then it will redirect to the inventory screen.

15. Save & Continue: If you click "Save & Continue", then it will show you changes that you saved.

16.Save & New: If you click the "Save & New" button then it will save records and redirect to the same screen.

17. List All Button: Users click the "List All" button then it will open an index screen to show the site transfer record.

Step 3. Go to "Item Master" and click on the "Location" button of a specific item to display the "Transfer" Items Current Quantity.

This increment in "Quantity" is because of the transfer we have made in "Site Transfer".

1. Site Location: Users can see the "Location" of items in this field.

2. Quantity: Users can see the "Quantity" of items in this field.

3. Aloc.Quantity: Users can see "Aloc Quantity" of an item in this field.

4. Purchase Order: Users can see the total number of "Purchase Order" in this field.

5. Production: Users can see the total number of "Production" items in this field. 

6. Bin Quantity: Users can see the total number of "Bin Quantity" items in this field.

Step 4. Users click "Save &  Continue" button then all created record is saved and it will redirect to the site transfer edit screen.

Step 5. Users click the "Print" button then it will open a new screen to generate the report of Site Transfer.

Step 6. Users click the "List all" button then move to the main site transfer index page.

1. Add Site Transfer: When we click on the site transfer button, a new screen opens next to us.

2.Txn Number: Users can see the "Txn Number" in this field.

4.Txn Date: Users can see the 'Txn Date' in this column.

5.Ref Number: Users can see the "Ref Number" in this field.

6. Edit button: Users click the "Edit" button then it will update the site transfer screen.
