Step 1. To add Company Info that can use ERP Gold you need to go onto the Company Info page from the left menu by clicking on Administration then Setup then Company Info.

Step 2. Users click "Company Info" then it will open a new screen to create the Company information.

1.Company Name: Users can enter the "Company Name" in this column.

2.Street Address: Users can enter the "Street Address" of the company in this column.

3.City: Users can enter the "City" of the company in this column.

4.ZipCode: Users can enter the "Zip Code" of the company in this column.

5.Country: Users can enter the "Country" of the company in this column.

6.State/Province: Users can enter the "State / Province" of the company in this column.

7.Phone: Users can enter the "Phone" in this column.

8.Alt.Phone: Users can enter the "Alt.Phone" in this column.

9.Fax: Users can enter the "Fax" number in this column.

10.Website: Users can enter the "Website" name in this column.  

11.Same as Above: Clicking on "same as above checkbox "it will automatically fill data in all fields like company name, address &, etc.

12.Company Name: Users can enter the "Company Name" in this field.

13.Street Address: Users can enter the "Street address" of the company in this field.

14.City: Users can enter the "City" of the company in this field.

15.Zip Code: Users can enter the "Zip Code" of the company in this field.

16.State/Province: Users can enter the "State/Province" of the company in this field.

17.Country: Users can enter the "Country" of the company in this field.

18.Fiscal Year First Month: A fiscal year is a one-year period of time that a company or government uses for accounting purposes and preparation of its financial 

19. Tax year First Month: Tax period for Income Tax Return relates to a specific tax year. A tax year is a period of twelve months ending on the 30th day of June i.e. the financial year and is denoted by the calendar year in which the said date falls.

20.Federal tax / Employer ID:  The federal income tax is the tax levied by the IRS on the annual earnings of individuals, corporations, trusts, and other legal entities.

21. Social Security Number:  A Social Security number (SSN) is a nine-digit number issued to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and temporary (working) residents.

22.Currency: Currency is a medium of exchange for goods and services. In short, it's money, in the form of paper or coins, usually issued by a government and generally accepted at its face value as a method of payment.

23. How Did You Hear AboutUs?: Users click "Dropdown" and select the options.

24.Referral Code: Users can see the "Referral Code" in this field.

25.Access Code: Users can enter the "Access Code" in this field.

26. Date Time Created: Users can see Date Time Created in this header.

27. Date Time Modified: Uses can see Date Time Modified in this header.

28.API Token: Users can see the "API Token" in this field.

29. Generate API Token: Users click the "API Token" button then it generates the token in this text box.

30.Logo: Users can select the Logo.

31. Save: Users click the "Save" button then all the company info record is saved.

32. Remove Logo: Users click the "Remove Logo" button then it will removed the Logo.
