Bin Transfer:

(i).Select a location to associate with this transfer. The location you select determines which bins you are able to choose from. Items can be transferred to and from bins within only one location.

(ii).Transfer product quantity from the warehouse to using bin search screen.

Step 1. You can access the Bin Transfer screen from the left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory ------> Bin Transfer.

Step 2. Once you are on the Bin Transfer screen select Site Location, search item by Item Code enter a quantity, and Bin Location.

1.From Site: From where we are sending our inventory stock.

2.From Bin: From where we are sending our inventory stock.

3.To Bin: From where we receive our inventory stock.

4.Total Quantity: In this header, we see the total quantity of items.

5.Item Search: Search product by Item Code and enter a quantity to transfer click the "Transfer" buttons at the end.

6.Item Code: Item codes are used to uniquely identify your inventory items.

7.Item Name: Item name is the actual name of your product or service.

8.Current Quantity: The current quantity is the total amount of any given item that you currently have available for use or sale.

9.Quantity To Transfer:  User we write down the amount of quantity we have to transfer.

10. Delete: When we click the delete button, it deletes the transfer record.

11.IMEI Text Box: Users write down the 'IMEI' that needs to b transferred in this text area.

12.Transfer: Users click the transfer button, then all created record is transferred.

13.Transfer & Print: Users click the "Transfer & Print" button we have to save the record and generate the Bin transfer report.

Step 3. Go to "Item Master" and click on the "Location" button of specific items to display Items Current Quantity.

1. Site Location: User can see the "Location" of items in this field.

2. Quantity: Users can see the "Quantity" of items in this field.

3. Aloc.Quantity: Users can see "Aloc Quantity" of an item in this field.

4. Purchase Order: User can see the total number of "Purchase Order" in this field.

5. Production: Users can see the total number of "Production" items in this field. 

6. Bin Quantity: Users can see the total number of "Bin Quantity" items in this field.
