Item Attributes:

For each stock item, ERP Gold provides a basic set of properties of the item. These properties include the item’s identifier, description, price, cost, units of measure, default warehouse, and default vendor information.

Step 1. There is only one way to open the Item Attribute screen of the Advanced Inventory.

that is from the left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory ------> Setup ----->Item Attribute.


Step 2. Users click the 'Item Attribute' button, a new window open in which we can see the item attribute record.

1. Add Attribute: Users click the  'Add Attribute' button, a new window open in which we can enter the new attribute record.

2. Brand Dropdown: Users can select one of the 'Item Attribute' in this dropdown.

3. Attribute Value: Users can see the "Attribute value" of the item in this column.

4. Make: Users can see the "Make Value" of the item in this column.

5.Brand: Users can see the "Brand Value" of the item in this column.

6.Status: Users can see the "Status" of the item in this column.

7.Edit Button: Users click the 'Edit' button then we have a new screen open that we can update the existing record.

Step 3. Users click the  'Add Attribute' button, a new window open in which we can enter the new attribute record.

1.Selected Attribute: Users can see the selected attribute in this column.

2. Make: Users can select one of the 'Make Attribute' in this dropdown.

3. Name: Users can enter the 'Name' of the make attribute in this column.

4. Save: Users click the "Save" button, we have to save all the records.

Step 4. Users click the 'Edit' button then we have a new screen open that we can update the existing record.
