Site Location:

We can add a new warehouse to the site/location screen.

Step 1. There is only one way to access the Site/Location page of the Advanced Inventory.

From the left menu by clicking on Advance Inventory---->Setup---->Site/Location.

Step 2.Once you are on the Site/Location page click on the "Blue" button that says 'Add Site/Location'.

1. Add Site / Location: Users click the 'Add Site/Location' button, we have a new screen open in which we can enter a new location.

2.Site Name: Users can see the name of our location in this column.

3.Street Address: Users can see the 'Street Address' in this column.

4.City: Users can see the name of the 'City' in this column.

5.State: Users can see the name of the 'State' in this column.

6.Zip Code: Users can see the 'Zipcode'  in this column.

7.Is Active: Users can choose the active status of the Site/Location in this dropdown.

8.Is Default: Users can choose the Is Default status of the Site/Location in this dropdown.

9.Edit: Users click the 'Edit' button a new screen open in which we can update the record.

10.Bin: Users click the 'Bin' button we have a new screen to open up in which we can add the new bin.

11.Next Page Button: Move to the next page.

Step 3.Users click the "Edit" button then we have a new screen open that we can update the existing record.

Note: Users can't change the site name in this screen and update each of the fields.

1.Site Name: Users can see the name of our location in this field.

2.Street Address: Users can enter the 'Street address' in this field.

3.City: Users can enter the name of the 'City' in this field.

4.State: Users can enter the name of the 'State' in this field.

5.Zip Code: Users can enter the 'Zipcode' in this field.

6.Country: Users can enter the name of the 'Country' in this field.

7.Phone: Users can enter the 'Phone number' in this field.

8.ALT.Phone: Users can enter the 'Alt Phone number' in this field.

9.Fax: Users can enter the 'Fax number' in this field.

10.Contact Person: Users can enter the contact person in this filed.

11.Contact Person Email: Users can enter the 'Contact Person Email address' in this field.

12.Is Active: Users can choose the active status of the Site/Location in this field.

13.Is Default: Users can choose the Is Default status of the Site/Location in this field.

14.Is Selling Allowed: Users can choose the Is Selling Allowed status of the Site/Location in this field.

15. Date Time Created: Users save the record, we have auto-generated date-time created in this header.

16.Date Time Modified: Users update our previous record, we have date-time in this header. 

17. Save & Close: If you click "Save & Close", then it will redirect to the Site / Location screen.

18. Save & Continue: User click the "Save & Continue" button it will open a new screen with different options here you Manipulate according to the "Site/Location" screen.
