Step 1. To view 'Completed Shipment Orders'  you need to first get onto the Completed Shipment Page.

Step 2.From the left menu by clicking on Shipping-BETA then "Completed Shipment" will open to the new page.

Step 3. User Click "Completed Shipments" then it will open a new screen to view the records of Completed. Shipments.

7.Market Place: Users click "MarketPlace" then it will show the different types of MarketPlace is "eBay & Walmart".

15.Notification: User can see the Shipment Notification in this column.

16.Txn Number:  User can see the "Txn Number" in this field.

17.Ref / Ecommerce #: User can see the "Ref / ECommerce Number" in this field.

18.Carrier: A carrier is a person or company that transports goods or people for any person or company and that is responsible for any possible loss of the goods during transport.

26.Provider Name: The name of the company that represents the shipping provider.

27.Next Page Button: Move to the next page button.

28.Items Per Page: Use to display the number of records per page

Step 4. Users click "Print Button" then it will show a different type of reports in completed Shipment. 

(i). User Click "Labels Only" then it will open a new screen to see the report of "Labels Only".

(ii). User Click "Labels" then it will open a new screen to see the report of "Labels".

(iii). User Click "Order Summary" then it will open a new screen to see the report of "Order Summary".

(iv). User Click "Packing Slip" then it will open a new screen to see the report of "Packing Slip".

(V). User Click "Pick List" then it will open a new screen to see the report of "Pick List".

Step 5. Users click the "Return Label" button then it will open a new pop up screen to "Create" the Return Label.

(i).Provide your customer with a return shipping label that can be attached to the item.


1.From Address: User can see 'From Address' of shipment in this text box.

2.To Address: User can see 'To Address' of shipment in this text box.

3.Provider: shipping provider is a shipping service, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. However, a provider also can be a type of shipping to determine the shipping price.

4.Carrier: A Carrier is a company or a person legally entitled to transport goods by land, water, and air. usually, the carrier works with shippers to ship goods from one place to the other

5.Service: If your company is a shipping line or a freight forwarder, customer service will be your first line of contact with customers. You need to make sure that anyone contacting your company knows that you value their business.

6.Package: Package delivery or parcel is the delivery of shipping containers, parcels, or high-value mail as single shipments. The service is provided by most postal systems, express mail, private courier companies, and less than truckload shipping carriers. 

7.Default Weight / Size: You should calculate the dimensional weight on every shipment, and compare that to its ... Length x Width x Height in inches / 138.4 = Volumetric Weight in pounds.

8. Weight: User click the dropdown and select the weight in "OZ & LB".

11. Get Rate: Get rate is a price at which a certain cargo is delivered from one point to another. The price depends on the form of the cargo, the mode of transport (truck, ship, train, aircraft), the weight of the cargo, and the distance to the delivery destination.

12. Create Button: User click "Create" button then it will open new screen to create a return label.

Step 6. User click "Export Order" button then it will Export the order in Excel file.
