Step 1. To view 'Shipment Pending Orders'  you need to first get onto the Awaiting Shipment Page.

Step 2.From the left menu by clicking on Shipping-BETA then "Pending Shipment" will open to the new page.

Step 3. User Click "Pending Shipments" then it will open a new screen to view the records of Pending Shipments.

1. Create Label(s): Labels are a type of identification label that helps describe and specify what's inside a package. Shipping labels differ depending on the carrier you use, but they all consist of things like addresses, names, weight, and a tracking barcode.

2.Print: User click "Print" button then it will show different types of reports are shown.

3. Get rate(s): Get rate is a price at which a certain cargo is delivered from one point to another. The price depends on the form of the cargo, the mode of transport (truck, ship, train, aircraft), the weight of the cargo, and the distance to the delivery destination.

4. Other: Users click the "Other" button then it will show the "Cancel, Refund, Shipped as mark Order" in this section.

5. Export Orders: User click "Export Order" button then it will download the Orders in Excel file.

6.DropDwon: User click "Dropdown" and select one market place in this dropdown.

7.Download Orders: By clicking on download orders we'll get all orders from eBay & Walmart.

8.Market Place: Users click "MarketPlace" then it will show the different types of MarketPlace is "eBay & Walmart".

9.Carrier: A carrier is a person or company that transports goods or people for any person or company and that is responsible for any possible loss of the goods during transport.

10.Order Date: ship date is the date that the order is shipped from the seller or warehouse to the customer. For example, if you offer 2-day shipping, then it's expected that when the package leaves your warehouse, it will arrive at your customer's location two days later.

11.Clear: User click "Clear" button then it will show to clear the pending Shippment record.

12.Search bar: User search by "Txn Number / Ref Number and Name" in this search bar.

13.Age: User can see the "Age" of pending Shippment in this field.

14.Order Date: User can see the "Order Date" in this field.

15.Txn Number: User can see the "Txn Number" in this field.

16.Ref / ECommerce #: User can see the "Ref / ECommerce Number" in this field.

17. Amount Paid: User can see the "Amount Paid" of shipment in this field.

18.Recipient: One Who receives something from a giver. A recipient can receive a wide variety of things

19.Address: User can see the "Address" of shipment in this field. 

20.Weight: All USPS services have maximum weight restrictions. In addition, many service types use the package weight to calculate the postage weight. As such, it’s important to enter accurate weights for each shipment. Weights are measured in pounds (lbs) and ounces (oz).  

21.SKU: SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) is a product code that you can use to search and identity stock on hand from lists, invoices, or order forms. It is a term that is typically used when talking about inventory management.

22.Item Name: User can see the Item Name in this field.

23.Carrier: A carrier is a person or company that transports goods or people for any person or company and that is responsible for any possible loss of the goods during transport.

24.Service: User can see the "Services" of shipment in this field.

25.Package: User can see the "Package" of shipment in this field.

26.Market Place: Users click "MarketPlace" then it will show the different types of MarketPlace is "eBay & Walmart".

27.Net Page Button: Move to the next page button.

28.Items Per Page: Use to display the number of records per page.

Step 4. Users click "Txn Number" then it will open a new pop up window to Create Label 'Update' and 'Mapped' Shipping information and shipping requested services.

1.Shipping Address: Users can see Shipping Addresses in this field.

2. Verify Address: User click 'Verify Address' then it will verify the shipping address.

3.Edit: User click "Edit" button then it will open a new pop up window to update the Shipping Address.

4.Requested Service: Service Mapping allows for automated import of the shipping preference requested by customers at checkout and 'mapping' it to the mail class or service that.

5.Provider: The name of the company that represents the shipping provider.

6. Mapped button: User click "Mapped" button then it will open a new pop up window to create the Shipping Service Mapping.

11.Insurance: Logistics services like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL provides insurance to its direct customers up to the declared value of packages

13. Weight: User click the dropdown and select the weight in "OZ & LB".

Step 5. User click "Edit" button then it will open a new pop up window to update the Shipping Address.

1.Shipping Address: Users can see Shipping Addresses in this field.

2. Verify Address: User click 'Verify Address' then it will verify the shipping address.

3. Name: User can enter the 'Name' of the customer in this field.

4.Street Address: User can enter the 'Street Address' in this field.

5.City: Users can enter the 'City' in this field.

6.State: Users can enter the 'State' in this field.

7.Zip Code: Users can enter the 'ZipCode' in this field.

8.Country: Users can enter the 'Country' in this field.

9.Phone: Users can enter the 'Phone #' in this field.

10.Alt Phone: Users can enter 'Alt Phone' in this field.

11.Fax: Users can enter the 'Fax' in this field.

12.Email: Users can enter the 'Email' of the customer in this field.

13. Save: User click 'Save' button then all the records are saved.

14. Undo: User click 'Undo' button then all changes are undone.

Step 6. Users click the "Create Label" button then it will open a new pop up window to create the shipping labels.

1. Print Labels Only: User click 'Print Labels only' then it will open a new window to see the report.

2.Print Labels(with Packing Slip): Users click 'Print Labels(with Packing Slip)' then it will open a new window to see the report.

3. Packing Slip(s): Users click 'Packing Slip(s)' then it will open a new window to see the report.

Step 7. Users click 'Print Labels only' then it will open a new window to see the report.
