Step 1. To create Sales Subscription you need to first get onto the Sales Subscription page.

There is one way of reaching the Sales Subscription page.

Step 2. When users click 'Customer Center' then it will open a new screen and click the "Transaction" button it will show the "Subscription" option. 

1. Add Subscription: User click "Add Subscription" button then it will open a new screen to create the Subscription.

2.Txn Number: User can see the "Txn Number" in this column.

3.Ref Number: Users can see the "Ref Number" in this column.

4.First Billing Cycle: User can see the "First Billing Cycle" in this column.

5.Next Billing Cycle: Users can see the "Next Billing Cycle" in this column.

Step 3. Users click the "Add Subscription" button then it will open a new screen to create the Subscription.

1.Customer: Users click the dropdown and select the "Customer" in this dropdown.

2. Ship To: Users click the dropdown and select the "Ship To" in this dropdown.

3.Site/Location: Users click the dropdown and select the "Location" in this dropdown.

4.Txn Number: Users can see auto-generate "Txn Number" in this column.

5.Billing Address: Users can enter the "Billing Address" in this text area.

6.Shipping Address: Users can enter the "Shipping Address" in this text area.

7.Sales Rep: Users click the dropdown and select the "Sales Rep" in this dropdown.

8.PO Number: Users can enter the "PO number" in this field.

9.Merchant: Users click the dropdown and select the "Merchant setup" in this dropdown.

10.Schedule Subscription: Users click Dropdown and select the "Schedule Subscription" in this dropdown.

11.Start Bill Date: Users can set the "Start Bill Date" of subscription in this format.

12.End Billing Cycle: Users can set the "End Billing Cycle" of subscription in this format.

13.Credit Card: Users click Dropdown and select the "Credit Card" in this dropdown.

14.IsActive: User click dropdown and select "Is Active" options to the user.

15.Item: This column will display products for which you are generating a Sales Subscription.

16.Description: If users want to enter product/item description then it will be entered in this field.

17.Qty: Users will enter the Quantity Number of the product in this field.

18.Rate: Users will enter the Rate of a single quantity in this field.

19.Amount: This field will show the total amount of the product.

20. Delete: you can "Delete" Specific row. 

21. Add More: This button will add more items to the list.

22.Sub Total: Users can see the "Sub Total" amount in this field.

23.Shipping Charges: Users can update the "Shipping Charges" in this field.

24.Others: Users can enter "Other details" in this field.

25.Discount Percentage: Users can enter the "Discount Percentage" int this field.

26.Discount Amount: Users can enter the "Discount Amount" in this field.

27.Total: This field will show the total amount of the products selected.

28.Customer Message: If the user wants to enter any message for the customer then it will be entered in this field.

29.Memo: Users will enter a Memo to the customer in this field.

30. Save & Close: If you click "Save & Close", then it will redirect to the list page of the Customer Center screen.

31. Save & Continue: If you click "Save and Continue", then it will show you continue that you saved.

32.Save & New: If you click "Save & New", then it will redirect to the same screen of Subscription.

34. Send Email: User click "Send Email" button then it will show the format of Email.

35.Copy: User click "Copy" button then it will create duplicate the same screen of Sales Subscription. 

Step 4.Users can not select "Credit Card" then it will send the Invoice to user Email.

Step 5. Users click the "Click To Pay" button then it will open a new screen to Payment Processing.

1. Amount to be Charged: Users can enter the "Amount" to be charged from the user in this field.

2.Description: Users can enter the "Description" in this field.

3.Card Type: User clicks Dropdown and selects the "Card type" in this dropdown.

4.Credit Card Number: Users can enter the "Credit Card Number" in this field.

5.Exp Month: Users click Dropdown and select the "Exp Month" in this dropdown.

6.Exp Year: Users click Dropdown and select the "Exp Year" in this dropdown.

7.CVC: Users can enter the "CVC" number in this field.

8.Process: User clicks the "Process" button then all created record is processed.

Step 6. Users click Credit Card "Add new" button then it will open a new screen to create the record of Credit Card.

1.Customer: User can see the "Customer Name" in this field.

2.CardType: User click Dropdown and select the "CardType".

3. Name on Credit Card: Users can enter the "Name on Credit Card" in this field.

4.Credit Card Number: Users can enter the "Credit Card number" in this field.

5.Exp Month: Users click Dropdown and select the "Exp Month" of the credit card in this dropdown.

6.Exp Year: Users click Dropdown and select the "Exp Year" of the credit card in this dropdown.

7.CVC: Users can enter the "CVC" number in this field.

8. Save: Users click the "Save" button then all created record is saved.
